Frequently Asked Questions

🛍️ Where do you get all of your items?

We dig through estate sales, auctions, online marketplaces, and even grandma’s attic. If it’s bold and worth saving, we’ll find it.

💸 Do you buy clothes or vintage items?

Yes! No appointment needed — just walk in with your goods. Best times: Sunday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 12–6pm.

What if I have too much to bring in?
We make house calls on Mondays and Tuesdays. Call or email to set up a visit.

📆 Are all of your items vintage?

Most items are 15+ years old. We also carry some newer pop culture gems and a curated apothecary section.

📦 Do you sell online or ship?

Yes! Most of our items are sold in-store, but we also offer a curated online selection through our website.

🚗 Do you have parking?

Yes — there’s metered street parking and a nearby ramp at Weston & Commerce.

🔁 Can I return or exchange something?

All sales are final — but if something’s totally off (wrong size, huge flaw we missed), talk to us. We’re not monsters.

🧼 Is everything clean?

Unless it’s deadstock, yes — we clean and/or steam everything before it hits the floor. We don’t sell stank.

⏳ Can you hold something for me?

We’re mostly first come, first served, but we can hold something until close if you ask.

🧵 Do you do repairs or alterations?

Not yet — but we can recommend great local tailors if you want to make that perfect piece actually perfect.

🏳️‍🌈 Are you LGBTQ+ owned?

Hell yeah we are. Decaydence is loud, queer, and curated with joy for everyone.

❓ Why do people keep calling you “Decadence” Vintage?

It’s “Decaydence” — with a Y. But honestly, we don’t mind. We even put a little note in our website footer for the search engines. So whether you’re spelling it with a Y or not, you’ll still find us.

📸 Can I take photos in your shop?

Yes please — just tag us @decaydencevintage if you post!
